Transportation & Ridesharing
CLAYFEST LOCATION
ClayFest will be hosted at the Olympic Outpost.
1482 W Lauridsen Blvd
Port Angeles, WA 98363
Early arrival begins on Thursday afternoon, and we recommend arriving by that evening so we can all kick the weekend off together on Friday morning. Programming will end midday Sunday, but you’re welcome to stay an extra night and head home on Monday if you would like. Olympic National Park is very close by, and definitely worth a visit while you’re in the area!
RIDESHARE SHEET
We want to make sure everyone is accounted for. Regardless of your transportation plans, please fill out this Rideshare Form after reviewing these details. It is very short and should take 2 minutes or less – you can do it right now if you have a sec!!
Entries will populate into this Spreadsheet. This will be used to link up drivers with riders and ensure everyone is taken care of. If your transportation status changes (i.e. got a ride or filled spot(s) in your car), please update this in the Spreadsheet.
DRIVING IN
Driving In? Got Extra Space?
If you’re driving to ClayFest (or renting a car at the airport) and have room for more, consider scooping up a fellow ClayFester along the way! You can add these details to the Rideshare Form.
For reference:
- Seattle → Port Angeles: ~2.5 hour drive
- Portland → Port Angeles: ~4 hour drive
FLYING IN
The closest airport is Seattle-Tacoma Int’l (SEA), 130 miles and a multi-modal odyssey away. It’s quite a journey, but nothing beats that gorgeous ferry ride. We’ve all done it – you can too!
